Pacific Gas & Electric (Web Site Redesign) Challenge: make any key page of PG&E's 5000 page web site a maximum of "3 clicks away." Result: met the 3 click challenge via an audience self selection tool combined with progressive information display that quickly drove customers to the appropriate sub-site.
 Strategy: interviewed departmental heads to map out key areas for PG&E to communicate to the public and created an aggregate matrix of how these disparate areas would be united from a messaging standpoint. Design & Development: designed the user navigation, new brand, and interaction and interface; developed the front end HTML pages that would be hooked into the back end systems. Created an online help system. Performed quality assurance testing.
