Charles Schwab (Mobile Trading Line)
Challenge: retain customers in the competitive discount brokerage space with an easy to use wireless alternative.
 
Result: products defined and designed that allow an appropriate subset of trading on devices such as Palms, RIM pagers, and Web-enabled phones with an ease of use that won Schwab accolades and retained customers.
 

 
Strategy: worked to define the product and its features and co-authored patents that are filed by Schwab.
 
Design & Development: designed the user interface experience in its entirety across all of Schwab's wireless products. Created a new visual language that would span multiple device and display types. Developed and deployed prototypes that were used in usability testing.
