Paramount Pictures (Strategic Prototying) Challenge: how to demonstrate a system that would prevent product cost overruns. Result: an interactive proof-of-concept that presented a design for a solution that facilitates the production process and better tracks schedules and costs. The demonstration was well received by studio heads and drove incremental changes in Paramount's operations and efficiencies.  Strategy: developed a script and story line that brought to light process pain points and solutions. Created different messaging for a vast array of different audiences. Design & Development: designed and developed a highly visual interactive presentation that gave a look into how the future might look.
